For New and Current Clients
To access the secure client portal for the first time, you should use the first-time login details (temporary username and password) that were emailed to you. If you have any trouble finding the email with your first-time login details, you should search for the following in your inbox: "Login for Lifespan Psychological Services."
Once you have logged in, you will be asked to create a NEW username and password for security purposes. NOTE: the initial login info originally emailed to you will not work for future logins once you’ve set up your custom username and password.
Please record the NEW login username and password you created for ongoing access to the portal.
